Grant of License

Upon purchase, J&G Studios LLC (“Licensor”) grants you (“Licensee”) a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to:

  1. Use the Romp software on unlimited servers owned or operated by the Licensee.
  2. View and audit the complete source code of the Romp software.
  3. Modify the source code for the Licensee’s own internal use, including creating custom configurations, adapters, and integrations specific to the Licensee’s infrastructure.

Restrictions

The Licensee may not:

  1. Redistribute the Romp software, in whole or in part, in source or compiled form, to any third party.
  2. Sublicense, sell, lease, or rent the software or any derivative work based on the software.
  3. Offer the software as a service (SaaS, managed service, hosted product, or any similar arrangement) to third parties.
  4. Remove or alter any license notices, copyright notices, or attribution contained in the software.
  5. Use the software to create a competing product or any product that replicates the functionality of Romp for commercial distribution.

Source Code

The complete source code for all Romp modules is included with every purchase. The Licensee is encouraged to audit, review, and understand the code that protects their infrastructure. There are no black boxes.

Ownership

The Romp software, including all source code, trained AI models, and documentation, remains the intellectual property of J&G Studios LLC. This license grants usage rights only — not ownership.

AI Model

The proprietary AI model included with Romp is licensed for local execution only. The model file may not be extracted, uploaded, redistributed, fine-tuned for third-party use, or used to train other models.

Modifications

Modifications made by the Licensee for their own internal use are permitted and belong to the Licensee. However, any modification that is distributed to a third party constitutes a violation of this license.

No Warranty

The software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. J&G Studios LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this software.

Lawful Use

This license grants the Licensee the right to use Romp for defensive security work against systems the Licensee owns or is explicitly authorized in writing to test. Use of Romp for any unlawful purpose — including but not limited to unauthorized scanning, intrusion, data exfiltration, denial of service, or any other conduct prohibited by 18 U.S.C. § 1030 (Computer Fraud and Abuse Act), the U.K. Computer Misuse Act 1990, EU Directive 2013/40/EU, Canada Criminal Code §342.1, the Australia Cybercrime Act 2001, or equivalent statutes in any jurisdiction — is a material breach of this license.

J&G Studios LLC does not endorse, condone, encourage, assist, or facilitate any unlawful use of Romp. The full Acceptable Use Policy at jandgstudios.fun/acceptable-use is incorporated into this license by reference.

Termination

This license is perpetual unless terminated by violation of its terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must destroy all copies of the software and confirm destruction in writing.

A breach of the Lawful Use clause above, or of the Acceptable Use Policy, terminates this license immediately. Refunds are not available for terminated licenses, and termination does not affect any independent civil or criminal liability arising from the conduct that caused termination. For questions regarding the scope of permitted use, contact hello@jandgstudios.fun before installation.

Governing Law

This license is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States of America.
